    UV是一款桌面型或是支架的传送带UV固化设备。为试验室或大批量生产设计。该传送带系统带有安静变速马达,UV机在不同负载下,速度调节驱动器保持传送带的速度均匀一致。UV机设备可以配置为一个或是两个高强度光源,光源可以移开,重新配置为UV固化箱,增加设备的灵活性。传送带到灯泡高度可以调节,从1.5到5英寸,适用不同大小元件的固化。
    固化炉
    固化是指在电子行业及其它各种行业中,为了增强材料结合的应力而才用的零部件加热、树脂固化和烘干的生产工艺。实施固化的容器即为固化炉
    一、用途:适用于电子行业及其它各种行业中的零部件加热、树脂固化和烘干的生产工艺。
    二、简介:
      固化炉:一种是树脂固化固溶处理,若采用将工件着进加热到较高温度,并进行恒温处理的固化处理工艺,称为人工固化处理,若将工件放置在室温或自然条件下长时间存放而发生的固化现象,称为自然固化处理。固化处理的目的,增强材料结合的应力。
      另一种是金属固熔处理,指铝金工件经固溶处理,冷塑性变形或铸造,锻造后,在较高的温度放置或恒温其性能,形状,尺寸随时间而变化的热处理工艺。 铝合金时发现,这种合金淬火后硬度不高,但在室温下放置一段时间后,硬度便显著上升,这种现象后来被称为沉淀硬化。这一发现在工程界引起了极大兴趣。随后人们相继发现了一些可以采用时效处理进行强化的铝合金、铜合金和铁基合金,开创了一条与一般钢铁淬火强化有本质差异的新的强化途径——时效强化.

    Uv机的分类
      Uv机按照固化方式的不同分为:光固化机、水晶固化机、紫外线固化机。
      Uv机按照印刷方式的不同分为:丝印机、手动丝印机、半自动丝印机。
    UV固化机是能够发出可利用的强紫外线的一种机械设备。它已被广泛应用于地板、家具、木门、印刷、电子、建材、机械等行业。UV固化机的种类和样式因其所光固的产品不同而有所不同,但其最终的目的是一致的,就是用来固化UV油漆或UV油墨等。UV固化装置由光源系统、通风系统、控制系统、传送系统和箱体等五个部分组成。
      一、光源系统
      它由UV灯管、灯罩、变压器(镇流器)、电容器(触发器)组成。 1.UV灯管 目前市场上的UV灯分高压汞灯和金属卤素灯两种。国内设备普遍采用高压汞灯,进口设备有一部分采用金属卤素灯。
      1.UV灯功率的选择。
      (1)UV灯的功率即UV灯光的辐射能量,也称穿透力。首先,它一定要满足UV油墨(光油)吸收的光谱波长及功率密度的要求。若UV灯的功率不够,即使光照时间再长,过UV固化装置的次数再多,产品也达不到完全固化。相反,还会使UV油墨(光油)表层老化、封闭、变脆等,同时油墨(光油)的附着力也不好,会使叠印的层间结合力差。因为低功率的UV灯光不能穿透墨层底部,使底部未固化或固化不充分。
      (2)UV灯功率一般要满足80~120W/cm的要求,但功率越大热量也会越大,因此要根据固化物和固化速度不同来选择功率。
      (3)UV灯的最大寿命一般为800— 1000小时,达到后即应更换,因为到此时段的UV灯所发射的紫外光线的强度变弱,会影响固化效果。同时建议在使用期内根据生产环境(空气的含尘量)不同,在适当时间用无水乙醇清洁灯管表面及反射罩表面的反射板,再将UV灯管转90°。这样有利于UV射线全部有效辐射到UV油墨或光油上,保证一定的穿透力。
      2. 反射罩 反射罩的类型有聚焦型、非聚焦型和多面反射型。一般采用的是聚焦型。这种反射罩的结构特点是反射的UV光线能量集中,光固化的效率高,有利于厚墨层的油墨固化,可使油墨的深层完全固化。 在这方面应注意的是反射罩的选材和形状。
      (1)选材一定要选用铝材,而不能为了节约成本而选用铁或不锈钢,因为不锈钢板在高温下会变成黑色,变黑后不但不会起到反光作用,还会吸光。反光效果最好的当属镜面氧化铝板,其反射率可达80%以上,从而大大提高紫外线的利用率。
      (2)形状反射罩的形状是要保证能够把 UV光聚集到一起,所以选用半圆弧的形状最佳。还要注意UV灯管的架设位置,以保证它在焦点上。另外,反射罩是UV灯散热的重要通道,因此要把铝罩的外侧加工成散热器,增大散热面积。反射罩在UV固化装置中起到非常重要的作用。有些厂家往往忽视了它的作用,而采用一些替代品来充当反射罩,甚至不安装反射罩,这样使UV灯40%—50%的紫外线能量被白白浪费。而有些厂家的应对办法就是一味地提升UV灯的功率,这样做不但不能从根本上解决问题,还会造成更大的电能浪费。
      3.变压器变压器的选择必须与UV灯的功率相配.即变压器必须有足够的输出电压,以保证UV灯能全功率工作。如果输出电压过高会使灯管烧毁;而输出电压过低,灯管又不能全功率工作,从而使紫外线输出强度不足。
      4.电容器电容的选择应与灯管和变压器相配套。根据变压器的输出电压选择所用电容的耐压程度。如果选择不当则会使电容击穿,影响到UV固化装置的正常工作。
      二、通风系统 它由风机、引风管、聚风罩组成。这里应注意的是风机的选择和风量的控制及排风的方式。
      1.风机的选择要根据UV灯的功率及箱体空间的实际情况来确定。一般要配送风和引风两台风机,但也有只配备一台引风风机的。风机功率不足,排风量不够会导致机箱内温度过高,灯管寿命缩短,甚至熔化,也使固化产品的质量难以得到保障;风机功率如果过大,风量过大会使机箱内温度太低,UV灯不能全功率工作,固化物不易干燥。
      2.风量的控制是指UV固化装置的风量应该是可调整的。这是因为要考虑到冬夏的温差很大,很多工厂不具备恒温车间,因此如果UV固化装置在冬季和夏季用同等的风量工作就一定会影响到产品的质量。一般是用温度控制的方法来控制两台风机,达到一定的温度就自动启动一台风机,再达到一定的温度再启动另一台风机,并在排风和进风口上设活口阀门来控制进风和排风的风量。
      3.排风的方式是指采取上引风下送风或上送风下引风等方式。但无论何种方式,切勿把风直接吹到 UV灯管上,因为这样做的后果是使 UV灯因热量损失过大而不能全功率工作(灯光由白色变为不刺眼的蓝色),使油墨根本不能干燥。
      三、控制系统 它是用来控制整个光固机工作的系统。
      这里值得注意的是:
      1.风机的控制最好由温度自动控制(前节提过),因为由人来控制可能会有疏漏,也不 够精确。
      2.开机时应先开灯,2—3分钟后再开风机(风机不是温控时)。
      3.关机后应当使风机继续运转,直至灯管和箱体冷却。
      4.二次起动要等到灯管完全冷却再起动。
      四、传送系统 它由调速电机(或变频调速)、传送网带、链条(或传送辊)组成。
      这里应注意的是速度的调节问题。固化速度应从两方面来考虑,一是充分固化,二是以最佳的速度固化。最佳速度选择方法是:将产品先以某一速度通过UV固化装置,如果固化了,再加快速度,直到通过 UV固化装置出来的产品墨层不能固化为止。这时的速度乘以0.8就是最佳速度。另外还应注意灯管的使用时间,因为随着Uv灯使用能量的衰减,速度也应随之调慢。
      五、箱体 箱体的大小是根据UV固化装置应用的产品不同而决定的。
      这方面应注意的是:要使箱体的表面平整,内部光线能够照射到之处应尽量设夹层,以免箱体外部温度过高烫伤人。外部不应有光线泄露。总之,为了使UV固化装置能够安全正常的运行,光固化达到最佳的效果,以上几个组成部分都应注意,不可忽视任何一个环节。
      UV机是紫外线固化机,其原理是通过紫外线照射液态材料表面使液态材料短时间内凝固。
      其优点是凝固速度快,表面光泽度好。

In addition, the reflector is an important channel of the UV lamp heat dissipation, so to cover the outside of the processed into aluminum radiator, increase the cooling area. And some of the manufacturer's response to improve the UV lamp power blindly, not only can not fundamentally solve the problem, also can cause more waste of electric power.

    3. The selection of the transformer transformer must be matched with the UV lamp power. The transformer must have enough output voltage, to ensure that the UV lamp can work at full power. If the output voltage is too high can make the lamp burn; But the output voltage is too low, lamp and can't work at full power, so that the uv output intensity.

    4. The capacitor should be selected with the tubes and transformer matching. According to the output voltage of transformer choose the withstand voltage of capacitor used degree. If the wrong choice will make capacitance breakdown, affect the normal work of the UV curing equipment.

    Second, the ventilation system It consists of fan, air duct, the wind mask. Here is that should be paid attention to the choice of fan and air volume control and ventilation.

    1. The selection of the fan according to the UV lamp power and the actual situation of housing space. General distribution and two wind turbine wind, but there are only equipped with a wind fan. Fan power is not enough, not enough leads to exhaust air temperature inside the case, lamp life shortened, melt, even also make curing product quality difficult to guarantee; Air volume of fan power if too large, will make the temperature inside the case is too low, the UV lamp can not work at full power, curing is not easy to dry.

    (2) refers to the control of UV curing device of air volume should be adjustable. This is because want to consider the summer and winter temperature difference is very big, many factories do not have a constant temperature workshop, so if the UV curing devices with the same air in winter and summer work will affect the quality of the products. Usually use the method of temperature control to control two fan, reaches a certain temperature is automatically restart a fan, to reach a certain temperature and then start another fan, and shifting is set on the exhaust and the air inlet valve to control the intake and exhaust air volume.

    3. The exhaust air way is to take on lead wind supply air or air supply on the wind, etc. But either way, not the wind blows directly to the UV lamp, because the consequences of doing so is to make the UV lamp for heat loss is too big and not full power work (changed from white to not dazzling light blue), make the ink doesn't dry.
