    无尘烤箱也称无尘工业烤箱洁净工业烤箱。是一种提供高温净化环境的特殊洁净无尘烘干设备。箱内空气封闭自循环,经耐高温高效空气过滤器(100级)反复过滤,使烘箱工作室内处于无尘状态。无尘烤箱工作室为不锈钢结构。工作室内温度由温控仪自动控制,并有自动恒温及时间控制装置,并附设有超温自动停电及报警电路,控制可靠,使用安全。

    无尘烤箱的选购注意事项
      1、订做
      产能确定尺寸规格,满足生产需求,产能高,可以选择履带式工业烤箱。就是我们说烘干生产线,隧道炉,烘道。产能低的或者实验用的小型烤箱都可以选择加工定做。
      2、温度
      选择比实际使用温度高10度即可。根据工艺要求,计算好实际要求的温差,以保证烘烤的效果。举例:如果使用温度是150度,220度,360度,440度,按最高设计温度500度做。4个温度,如果是同一种产品。控制上最好选用可控硅。不同的产品,使用时低温状态下,温差要稍微大一些。150度和220度的实际使用效果,没有低温烤箱好。使用中温500度烤箱,150度烘烤温差比低温250度烤箱要高2~5度。还得看厂家的设备质量好坏。烤箱分为低温(0-250度)、中温250-600度)、高温(600-1500度)超过1200度公司建议采用碳硅棒加热,完全可以根据产品的工艺要求选择。
      3、放料
      怎么把产品方进去。可以给烤箱分层。配置托盘,有网盘,实体盘,冲孔盘。多的话可以用料架,车架。但注意一个问题。操作人员是否方便操作。举例说:高1500宽1500深度850mm的烤箱。如果做烤盘放物品。就要考虑操作人员能不能拿得动的问题。很多工厂里操作人员都是女孩子。身高也1500mm多。如果要她举起那个1500*850规格的烤盘。有点难度哦。还不说要烘烤的产品多重。
      4、摆放场地
      如果烤箱是放置在楼层上。要考虑能不能进门,进电梯。

    无尘烤箱使用指南
      一般的电热真空无尘干燥箱都采用先加热真空室壁面、再由壁面向工件进行辐射加热的方式。在这种方式下,控温仪表的温度传感器可以布置在真空室外壁。传感器可以同时接受对流、传导、和辐射热。而处于真空室里的玻璃棒温度计只能接受辐射热,更由于玻璃棒黑度不可能达到1,相当一部分辐射热被折射了,因此玻璃棒温度计反映的温度值就肯定低于仪表的温度读数。一般讲,200℃工况时仪表的温度读数与玻璃棒温度计的读数两者相差30℃以内是正常的。如果控温仪表的温度传感器布置在真空室内,玻璃棒温度计的温度值与仪表的温度读数之间的差异可以适当缩小,但不可能消除,而真空室的密封可靠性增加了一个可能不可靠环节。如果从操作实用角度考虑不希望看到这个差异,可以采用控温仪表特有的显示修正功能解决。
      一般的电热(鼓风)无尘干燥箱均设有温度均匀度参数:自然对流式的干燥箱为工作温度上限乘3%,强制对流式的干燥箱为工作温度上限乘2.5%。惟独电热真空干燥箱不设温度均匀度参数,这是为什么?真空干燥箱内依靠气体分子运动使工作室温度达到均匀的可能性几乎已经没有了。因此,从概念上我们就不能再把通常电热(鼓风)干燥箱所规定的温度均匀度定义用到真空干燥箱上来。在真空状态下设这个指标也是没有意义的。热辐射的量与距离的平方成反比。同一个物体,距离加热壁20cm处所接受的辐射热只是距离加热壁10cm处的1/4。差异很大。这种现象与冬天晒太阳时,晒到太阳的一面很暖和,晒不到太阳的一面比较冷是一个道理。由于真空干燥箱在结构上很难做到使工作室三维空间内的各点辐射热的均匀一致,同时也缺乏权威的评估方法,这有可能是电热真空干燥箱标准中不设温度均匀度参数的原因。
    无尘烤箱的维护保养方法
      日保养
      1. 打扫表面及内腔灰尘,保持机器干净、卫生。
      2. 检查电流表电流跟正常时是否一样,如有异样,通知维修工检修。
      3. 突然停电,要把加热开关关闭,防止来电时自动启动。
      4. 检查风机运转是否正常,有无异常声音,如有立即关闭机器并通知维修工检修。
      月保养
      1. 检查通风口是否堵塞,并清理积尘。
      2. 风机运转是否正常。
      3. 维修工检查电流是否正常。
      4. 检查温控器是否准确,如不准确,请调整温控器的静态补偿或传感器修正值。
      5. 检查发热管有无损坏,线路是否老化。
    6. 检查延时器是否准确,误差是否允许。
